Offer Policies

Cancellation policy "SORPRESA":
- Deposit of 20% to be credited within 14 days from the booking. The deposit will be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
- Cancellations received before 30/03/18 will be refundable. After this date the deposit will not be returned.
- up to 14 days before arrival date penalty will be equal to the deposit.
- from 14 to 7 days before arrival date will be debited a penalty of 50% of the entire stay booked.
- from 7 to 0 days before arrival date will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked.

The offer is a % discount on the amount and is based on the period and duration of the stay, for minimun 2 adults.
